At Studici, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be in new, unused condition and free from signs of use, damage, writing, markings, or highlighting.
What Can Be Returned?
We accept returns of printed study materials within 30 days of delivery, including both defective and non-defective items.
What Can't Be Returned?
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Printed study materials that show signs of use, including writing, highlighting, markings, damage, or other alterations
- Digital download products, except in cases where the file is defective, inaccessible, or materially different from what was ordered
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
How To Request A Return?
To start a return, please contact us at support@studici.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
Please include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for the return
Our support team will provide further instructions.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
If a printed study guide arrives defective or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs or provide a suitable alternative solution at no additional cost to you.
We do not charge restocking fees for returned items.
Refund Processing
Once your returned item is received and inspected, refund will be processed within 5 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
